Shipping Policy
Standard orders over $60.00 receive free* shipping nationwide.
Standard delivery starts from $12.00 per shipment for orders under $60.00
Rural delivery $3.80 surcharge per shipment
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order before it is dispatched, email us immediately at sales@anzymes.com with your order details. Cancellations must be made on the same day the order is placed.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return the goods within 7 days, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense. Send returns to:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.
Shipping & Packing Costs
We primarily use Australia Post, Aramex, and TNT Couriers for shipping. International deliveries are available via Australia Post. Shipping costs can be calculated during checkout by entering your destination country. Please note additional taxes/VAT (e.g., in the UK) may apply; check with your local customs office.

NZ Delivery Services & Delivery Times
We use NZ Couriers as our courier service, using a standard overnight service. NZ Couriers provides our customers with fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network.
Final pick up each day is at 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Signature Required $4.90 per shipment. Please ensure you do not have the 'authority to leave' authorization set up at your address with NZ Couriers, should you wish to use this service.
If you don't want NZ Couriers to leave your parcel unattended, please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended for high-value orders. Neither NZ Couriers nor Sprint Fit is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged, or lost after an item has been delivered.
Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date in the condition they originally arrived in to qualify for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect resaleable condition (including product packaging and instructions).

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.

Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item

Once approved, package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
